A Little About Me
I am a licensed therapist with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, bringing nearly 20 years of experience to my work with individuals and couples. I help clients achieve greater resilience, deeper relationships, and authentic self-awareness through a thoughtful, proactive, and non-judgmental approach.
Many people tell me they appreciate that I describe my work in straightforward, human terms. I think therapy should make sense. It shouldn’t feel like deciphering theory, jargon, or ideology. The work we do together is meant to be practical and understandable, even when it touches complex or painful parts of your experience.

When I'm not working with clients, I value balancing my professional work with a range of hobbies and interests that keep me energized. I love kayaking, camping, traveling, drawing, baking sourdough bread, and playing board games with family and friends. Staying grounded is important to me, and I do this through regular exercise, meditation, and continued personal growth, including ongoing work with my own therapist.
